WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL TRAINING?

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
All that you’ll need to bring is athletic clothing (shoes, shorts/pants, and shirts), a towel, and a water bottle.
